What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you use the Contact button on this site, we collect your name and email address. We only use this information to respond back to your message, if necessary. Your information does not go any further than communicating with you about your request. We may on occasion, find it necessary to forward your information directly to the musician, but this is only so that you may communicate directly with this person. Otherwise, we delete your message and your email address and any information you may have shared is deleted and not stored in our personal database, but may be stored on our server. We use AWstats through Cpanel which stores and notifies us of any visits by tracking IP address and time visited. No readily identifiable other information can be gained from there unless cross-referenced against other stored items, such as comments, which we do not currently allow on our website.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
We use Google Analytics that help us determine who has visited our website. This information may include, but is not limited to your age, the your location, your gender, your age and any other identifiable information. Your personal information such as your name, email address, mailing address is never captured.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your information with anyone. What you share with us, stays with us. We never share or sell your information.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We keep contact form entries for six months, analytics records for 14 months, and customer purchase records for three years.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. This only applies to our blog, which is not yet live.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. This only applies to a blog, which is not set up yet. No comments are allowed on this site.

How we protect your data
We use encryption for logging into our site (if necessary) and we have set up security measures such as two factor authentication to make sure your account is secure. At this time, we do not allow account set ups on this site.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We have stated that we have not and will not share any personal information with others. We use a third party processor for all of our payments, if anything gets it, it is up to the customer to contact Paypal to file a dispute.
What third parties we receive data from
When checking out, we use Paypal which processes your payment. We do not have access to your payment information. Your information is secure at Paypal. We do, however, collect your name, mailing address, email address, phone number so that we may send the order to you and contact you if there are any questions with the order. We never use your information in any other way. Your information is secure with us.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We may use this information to see who visits our website and to see how we can improve upon our traffic. This is the only reason we use statistics, it is standard format across the Internet.
